What file types are best to print from?
PDF is preferred to ensure all fonts colors and spacing remain constant.
How can I transfer files to Spark?
Files can be transferred through any customer-preferred methods, Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc. Spark also offers a shared drive service for easy drag and drop delivery of files.
What does substrate mean?
Substrate is a term used to describe what the printer is printing on.
What substrates can you print on?
Our wide format printer is capable of printing up to 65" wide and 2" thick on substrates including (but not limited to): Metal, Acrylic, Lexon, Plexiglass, Plastic, PVC, Foamcore, Ultraboard, Gatorboard, 24pt board, poster board, Wood, Vinyl, Photo Paper

Yes, it's actually one of our selling features! We can create a prototype for print, foil or packaging. We know it's a lot easier to pitch an idea if you have the actual end result to share so we want to be your partner for that.
